Ihraz
Ihraz is a unique internal program created by Alfariq Association, originally born out of the quiet yet reflective period of quarantine. As the world paused, Alfariq chose to activate dialogue. Ihraz became a space for learning, discussion, and exploration among the association's members. Over time, it evolved into a structured program designed to deepen the team's critical thinking, cultural awareness, and capacity to analyze complex issues. With 21 creative editions so far, the program remains fully in-house, exclusive to Alfariq’s team, serving as a nurturing ground for thoughtful leadership and meaningful conversation.
