تأسست جمعية فريق تنمية المهارات القيادية سنة 2013 في ورزازات، المغرب، كمبادرة غير ربحية تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب والمساهمة في التنمية المستدامة. من خلال مبادراتها،

تدعم الجمعية الشباب في تطوير المهارات القيادية، وتعزيز الريادة الاجتماعية، والمشاركة المدنية. عبر تنفيذ مشاريع محلية وإقليمية (درعة‑تافيلالت) ووطنية،

أصبحت الجمعية فاعلاً رئيسيًا في مجال تمكين الشباب وتنمية المجتمع. وتعتمد في مقاربتها على التعاون، والتعليم، وخلق الفرص التي تُمكن الشباب ليصبحوا فاعلي تغيير ايجابي في مجتمعاتهم.

تمكين الشباب عبر تنمية مهارات القيادة، وتحفيز الابتكار الاجتماعي والمشاركة المدنية، وتعزيز التعليم، وتزويدهم الفرص اللازمة لإحداث تغيير وإحداث أثر دائم.
