Welcome to the application form to join Alfariq Association for the 2024–2025 season.
We sincerely thank you for your interest in becoming part of one of Morocco’s most ambitious youth-led initiatives.
Why Join?
Becoming a member of Alfariq is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful civic action, contribute to youth development in the Draa-Tafilalet region, and strengthen your leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Alfariq members are actively involved in preparing, implementing, and evaluating our local and national programs. By joining, you become part of a committed team working on the ground—especially in and around Ouarzazate—to make a real impact before, during, and after every initiative.
Before You Apply – Please Read Carefully:
No Political Affiliation:
Alfariq does not accept applicants involved in political parties or partisan activities. Even if you are passionate about politics, political debate is strictly forbidden within the team’s work and spaces.No Double Memberships in Core Groups:
We do not accept candidates who are key members in several organizations at once. Alfariq seeks members who are fully committed and loyal to its mission, responsibilities, and internal dynamics. Divided engagement weakens the quality and focus of our work.Location Priority – Ouarzazate:
We prioritize applicants who reside in Ouarzazate or are available to be physically present in Ouarzazate for organizing and managing programs throughout the season.Membership is an Intensive Learning Journey:
Being a member includes participating in internal training sessions, contributing to committee work, and respecting the internal regulations you will receive upon confirmation.
How We Select New Members:
After submitting your application, the selection committee will review your answers. If selected for the next step, you will be invited to an in-person interview with team members. This will be a space to discuss your motivations, experiences, and the value you wish to add to Alfariq’s journey.
