Edition 2014

A Workshop on Turning Challenges into Solutions

The first edition of Minute pour l’Inspiration focused on one core mission: helping young people envision creative responses to local problems through associative initiatives. Participants took part in thematic workshops on project design, social intelligence, and teamwork, aimed at strengthening their ability to work collaboratively and with empathy. The training culminated in a hands-on session where youth identified and proposed actionable solutions to real-life issues in Ouarzazate, including school dropout, lack of academic guidance, environmental pollution, and declining civic participation.

Youth Ideas with Impactful Vision

The program concluded with four innovative project proposals created by the participants: a creative anti-dropout initiative, an orientation caravan for students (CCAO), a youth-focused association to promote creative action (SAGAS), and a campaign for environmental awareness. These proposals were not just exercises—they were designed with the intention to be brought to life. Minute pour l’Inspiration proved that even in a short format, youth can generate powerful ideas when given the right framework and encouragement. It stands as a call to action and a platform for young leaders ready to shape the future of their city.
