Purpose and Format
The core mission of Mli Wlit Moubadir is to inspire youth to take the first step in their own civic and associative engagement. Through more than 04 interactive sessions, young changemakers—known as "Moubadirs"—share their real-life experiences, struggles, and lessons learned. These sessions go beyond theory, inviting honest conversation on questions like: Why don’t young people attend meaningful programs? Why don’t they read more? How do you find creativity? What does it take to take initiative? With over 12 guest changemakers, the program becomes a learning laboratory rooted in experience and empathy, where participants feel heard, supported, and motivated to take action.
A Platform for Reflection and Motivation
What makes Mli Wlit Moubadir unique is its emotional depth and simplicity. It does not aim to train or evaluate—it aims to connect. It gives space for youth to reflect on their own journeys by seeing the faces and stories of others who come from the same environment. The personal and collective energy shared during the sessions encourages self-belief, sparks ideas, and strengthens the sense of community belonging. It is a reminder that leadership begins with one decision, one story, and one moment of inspiration—and Mli Wlit Moubadir is where that moment often begins.
