SOYER c'est 100% Positive
SOYER c’est 100% Positive was one of Alfariq’s first parallel programs designed to connect with a wider audience of young people in Ouarzazate. Organized in 2014 during the month of Ramadan, the program aimed to create a dynamic and safe space where youth could explore the power of positivity as a transformative mindset. It was part of a broader strategic approach—alongside programs like Action for Change and Mli Wlit Moubadir—to open Alfariq’s mission to young citizens who were not yet part of its main training tracks.

Building Skills Through Experience and Inspirational Guidance
The program welcomed 24 young participants to a full day of learning and exchange. Through three immersive workshops, they discovered how positivity could serve as a foundation for personal development, leadership, and collective action. With the guidance of experienced trainers like Mohamed Ait Aha, Mohamed Benaissa, and Othman Ouhani, participants explored themes such as emotional intelligence, self-initiative, and the role of optimism in building resilient communities. Each session blended theory with storytelling, interactive exercises, and reflection.
A Lasting Memory and Foundation for Future Engagemen
SOYER c’est 100% Positive was more than a one-day event—it planted a seed of confidence and purpose among participants, many of whom later joined other Alfariq programs. It reaffirmed Alfariq’s belief that simple values like positivity and initiative, when explored deeply, can inspire powerful local change. The success of this initiative also validated the idea of parallel programs as effective entry points for youth to discover civic engagement, build networks, and begin their journey of transformation with Alfariq.
