Team Camp
The Team Camp is an internal development program designed exclusively for Alfariq members. Organized at the end of each season, it serves as a strategic space where members evaluate past achievements, develop new strategies for the upcoming season, and enhance the capacities of new team members. The camp is not only about planning but also about building stronger connections among members, fostering teamwork, and shaping the collective vision for Alfariq's projects. Through workshops, discussions, and hands-on training, participants refine their skills and align their objectives with the association’s mission.

Our mission
The primary goal of Team Camp is to ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of Alfariq by equipping its members with the necessary leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. The camp provides a structured framework where experienced members mentor new recruits, enabling a smooth integration of fresh talents into the team’s workflow. It also plays a crucial role in evaluating past initiatives, setting new priorities, and approving key programs for the upcoming year.
The long-term vision of Team Camp is to create a well-structured and highly skilled team capable of driving Alfariq’s mission forward. By fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and strategic foresight, the camp ensures that members are not only prepared for immediate responsibilities but also equipped with long-term leadership abilities. Our vision
"Najahi fi Aazimati" is more than just a training program; it is a movement that empowers youth to take charge of their futures and become active contributors to their communities.
